Special Report: Protecting Your Body From Toxins

Maylin Rodriguez-Paez, RN

Your liver sits in the right side of your upper abdomen and, weighing in at about four pounds, is both the largest internal organ and the largest glandular organ in your body.

As your body’s primary metabolic processor for virtually all substances (including those that are internally produced, like protein and cholesterol, and externally introduced like chemicals, drugs and alcohol), it performs over 300 critical metabolic functions, including converting food nutrients into fats, carbohydrates and proteins; and participating in the regulation and storage of glucose.

So, your liver's job is to detox your body, but how do you keep your liver itself in tip-top shape? If you'd like to know why you need to detoxify your liver, and, more importantly, how to do it safely, read about the nutrients you should consider taking in the special report below!

I detoxify on regular bases and I support my liver function with supplements. I am currently using NAC, ALA and the wonderful Life Extension Milk Thistle. I addition, I eat foods that help me detoxify my body: beets, horseradish, cilantro, onions and garlic. I brush my body and use foot detox patches to support the process.
